AI Visibility Checker does not require user registration or account creation. We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide the service or where legally required.

• Referrer URL

This data is used solely for technical security, rate limiting, and system monitoring purposes.

4. AI Visibility Check (Free Service)

When you submit a URL for analysis, we process:

• The submitted URL (publicly accessible website)
• Your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
• The publicly available content of the submitted website (HTML, robots.txt, llms.txt)

The analysis is performed on publicly accessible information only. We do not access password-protected pages, private content, or any data that is not already publicly available on the internet.

Analysis results are cached temporarily to improve performance for repeated checks of the same domain.

5. Premium Report & Email Communication

When purchasing a premium report, we process:

• Your email address
• The associated check result and domain
• Payment information (processed by Lemon Squeezy)

Your email address is used to deliver the secure report access link. The report link remains accessible for 100 days.

5.1 Marketing Communications

If you explicitly opt in by checking the marketing consent checkbox during purchase, we may send you occasional marketing emails related to AI visibility and our services.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect the delivery of your report link.

6. Hosting & Infrastructure

Our service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). All application data is stored and processed on Google Cloud servers.

Core application data (check results, premium reports, email addresses) is stored using Supabase, which acts as a technical database service provider.

Google Cloud and Supabase act as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR under Data Processing Agreements.

7. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics for usage analysis. Google Analytics is activated only upon your explicit consent via our cookie consent tool. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings.

Processed data may include:

• Anonymized IP address
• Device information
• Usage behavior
• Page visits

8. Cookies

Our website uses a cookie consent mechanism that allows you to control which cookies are set.

Essential cookies required for the basic functioning of the website may be set without consent. Analytics and tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics) are only activated after you provide explicit consent.

9. Third-Party Scripts & Self-Hosted Assets

To protect your privacy, we self-host all web fonts (Manrope, Inter, Material Symbols), stylesheets, and icon assets on our own servers. These resources are served from the same domain as our website and do not transmit any data to Google Fonts, external CDNs, or other third parties when you visit our pages.

The only third-party script loaded during normal browsing is the Lemon Squeezy checkout script (app.lemonsqueezy.com/js/lemon.js), which is embedded on the homepage to enable the purchase flow for the premium fixing guide. When the homepage is opened, your browser transmits standard HTTP request data (including your IP address) to Lemon Squeezy. The script is only required to initialize the checkout overlay; no personal data is submitted to Lemon Squeezy unless you actively initiate a purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute personal data.

Data is shared exclusively with the following service providers, who act as data processors under contractual agreements:

• Google Cloud — application hosting and processing
• Supabase — database infrastructure
• OneSignal — transactional and marketing email delivery
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing (acts as Merchant of Record)

11. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside the European Union.

Data transfers outside the European Union are carried out in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are implemented where required.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

• Rate limiting and IP-based abuse prevention
• Strict internal access controls
• Secure cloud infrastructure

• Premium report data and associated email addresses are stored for the duration of report accessibility (100 days) and as required for legal and accounting obligations
