AI Visibility Checker is a web-based analysis tool operated by:

aheadware GmbH is the sole legal owner and operator of AI Visibility Checker.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the AI Visibility Checker service, including:

• The free AI visibility analysis
• The paid premium fixing guide (AI-generated report)
• All associated web pages and functionality

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. No user registration or account creation is required.

3. Description of Service

3.1 Free AI Visibility Check

AI Visibility Checker analyzes publicly accessible websites to evaluate their visibility and readability for AI systems and large language models (LLMs). The free check includes:

• An AI Visibility Score (0–100)
• Analysis across 10 checks in 3 categories (Indexability, Understandability, Recommendability)
• A summary of detected issues

The analysis is performed exclusively on publicly available content (HTML, robots.txt, llms.txt). We do not access password-protected or private content.

3.2 Premium Fixing Guide

After completing a free check, users may purchase a premium fixing guide that includes:

• AI-generated fixes and recommendations for each failing check
• Ready-to-use files (e.g. llms.txt, robots.txt, JSON-LD structured data)
• Tailored implementation instructions

The premium report is delivered as a secure link sent to the provided email address. The link remains accessible for 100 days after purchase.

3.3 Infrastructure

The service is provided via:

• Google Cloud Platform (application hosting and processing)
• Supabase (database services)
• Google Gemini (AI-powered report generation)

3.4 Third-Party Scripts

Web fonts, stylesheets, and icon assets are self-hosted on our own servers and do not transmit data to external CDNs. The Lemon Squeezy checkout script is loaded on pages where a purchase can be initiated. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Usage Without Registration

AI Visibility Checker does not require user registration or account creation. The free analysis can be used by anyone by submitting a publicly accessible URL.

To purchase a premium report, you must provide a valid email address for report delivery. This email is not used to create an account.

5. Payment

5.1 Pricing

The premium fixing guide is available as a one-time purchase. The current price is displayed before purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and refunds on our behalf.

By purchasing a report, you agree to the Lemon Squeezy Terms of Service.

5.3 Delivery

Upon successful payment, a secure report link is generated and sent to the provided email address. The report is accessible for 100 days.

Payments are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered, unless required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have authority over with malicious intent
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
• Use automated tools to perform bulk analyses without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform or its scoring methodology
• Interfere with system integrity or security

We may block access if misuse is detected, including IP-based rate limiting.

7. Analysis Results & Limitations

The AI Visibility Score and associated analysis results are generated through automated heuristic checks and AI-powered analysis. They are intended as informational guidance only.

We do not guarantee:

• That implementing the suggested changes will result in specific improvements in AI visibility or search rankings
• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated recommendations
• That the analysis reflects real-time behavior of any specific AI system or LLM

The service analyzes publicly available content and does not constitute professional SEO, legal, or technical consulting.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

9. Availability

We aim to provide high service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

• Temporary outages
• Maintenance periods
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Third-party service disruptions (hosting, payment, email providers)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence
• For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable contractual damages
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any business decisions made based on analysis results

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform components, including software, code, design, branding, and the scoring methodology, remain the intellectual property of aheadware GmbH.

Premium report content generated for a specific URL may be freely used by the purchaser for the purpose of improving their website. The underlying methodology and platform may not be copied or reproduced.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If the user is a merchant within the meaning of German commercial law: place of jurisdiction is Germany.
